These two residential towers emerge from a commercial and public platform.

The design stems from the belief that the quality of connection between the street and ground floors is the key to creating more socially sustainable Towers.



The public floors combine commercial areas with Small parks, a sport center and a public pool, all accessible from street level.



The residential floors consist of four different types of apartments (3-6 rooms, 70-160m2).

The towers are divided into groups of 6 floors, each with its own lobby, elevator and garden.



All apartments face south and the apartments internal thermal walls help to stabilize temperature.
